Milestone 2.1

This will be a point release featuring bug fixes, with a few things that didn't make it into 2.0.

• Inline capabilities examined and expanded
• Time-series data will be handled in a primary fashion, and objects will become transformed into largely-disconnected 'operators'
• Parallelism will be finely grained utilizing context managers
• The plotting layer will be refactored
