yt.utilities.linear_interpolators module

A collection of helper functions, most generally for things that SciPy doesn’t have that I expected it to

class yt.utilities.linear_interpolators.BilinearFieldInterpolator(table, boundaries, field_names, truncate=False)[source]

Bases: object

class yt.utilities.linear_interpolators.TrilinearFieldInterpolator(table, boundaries, field_names, truncate=False)[source]

Bases: object

class yt.utilities.linear_interpolators.UnilinearFieldInterpolator(table, boundaries, field_names, truncate=False)[source]

Bases: object

yt.utilities.linear_interpolators.get_centers(ds, filename, center_cols, radius_col, unit='1')[source]

Return an iterator over EnzoSphere objects generated from the appropriate columns in filename. Optionally specify the unit radius is in.
